THE LATE PROF. JOSEPH T. KARASHANI
We are saddened to announce the death of Joseph T. Karashani, Professor of Anatomy at the University of Zambia (UNZA) Faculty of Medicine in Lusaka and previously at Muhimbili University of Health Sciences (MUCHS) in Dar es Salaam, of a sudden heart attack at his home in Lusaka on Saturday night (13/08/2011). Arrangements are being made for his body to be transported to Dar es Salaam for burial later this week. For further details please contact any of the following:

ReplyDeleteI knew Prof Karashani, a great teacher he was. With the late Prof AJ Kaduri they made an excellent pair in the MUCHS Anatomy lab those years. He will be missed by multitudes. Rest in Peace dear Prof.
ReplyDeleteProf. Karashani was a great organist at St. Albans (for those who can remember him) before he left for Zambia. He always had a smile. My condolences to his family. May God rest his soul in Peace.
