Following the Israelian Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visit to Africa recently companies from Israel have increased their motives and ambition to expand their investments in Africa. Speaking with the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania Hon. Samia Suluhu Hassan the CEO of of Mer Group Mr Omer Laviv has mentioned that his company focuses Tanzania as a gateway to Africa and they are planning to expand their investment in Tanzania in order to adhere with Prime Ministers Netanyahu bid to increase investment in Africa.
Mr .Omer said Mer a technological company dealing with Telecommunication, Security and Green Technology solutions .that came to Tanzania in a year. 2006 is in its way to move next level hence request for support from the Tanzanian government and other local partners. He told the Tanzanian VP that Mer has received the announcement made by President John Magufuli that he plans to shift the Tanzanian capital to Dodoma With great gesture and it plans to be part of that move in expanding its services once the government of Tanzania agrees to provide them with the opportunity to offer Communication and other technological works
