Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania (DTBT) is currently running an online social media campaign aimed at raising product awareness and rewarding its customers through online social media platforms.
The ongoing campaign, titled “70 Years – Count on us and Win!” allows customers, potential customers and stakeholders an opportunity to win daily prizes by answering trivial questions through the Bank’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/DTBTanzania.
Some notable prizes include customized soccer jerseys, cinema tickets, shopping vouchers, Samsung Galaxy J7 smartphones and a bumper prize of a MacBook air laptop.
The 70 years reflects on the Bank’s existence in Tanzania, thus being a commemoration of DTBT’s milestone achievements.
DTB Tanzania Head of Product Development & Marketing, Sylvester Bahati said the bank aim to be forefront in bringing services to their valued customers through all digital platforms.
"Our official Facebook page will help us communicate with our customers, potential customers and stakeholders about happenings in our communities and/or the latest activities and developments at the bank. We also want to be closer to our customers by offering them an interactive tool for effective customer service." He said.
