A course on "Adavanced Transformational Leadership for Women's Empowerment" was recently held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and attracted 20 Senior and Director's level participants from various Ministries, Departments and Organizations from Tanzania.
This course was organised by TaGLA, under the stewardship of Mrs Deodatha Makan Board Member of TaGLA and DAP of Treasury.The Course facilitator was Ms. Shanta Nagendram (SkillFocus Consultancy from Malaysia).
During the closing ceremony, certificates were awarded to the participants by the Tanzania High Commissioner to Malaysia Dr. Aziz Ponary Mlima, who was guest of honour.

Bravo all: this might have been an “Intellectual Stimulation” that effectively help address the second major trend of empowering employees. Leaders show consideration for each individual they are leading and motivate them to find part of their identity in the work they are doing.
