Ambassador Hassan Simba Yahaya, Director of Middle East Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation leading Tanzania delegation in the discussions with the CEO of Oman's State General Reserve Fund His Excellency Abdulsalam Al-Murshidi regarding development of Bagamoyo Special Economic Zone jointy with China Merchant Holdings International and the government of Tanzania. The meeting which took place in Muscat, Oman was also attended by Dr.Adlehem Meru, Director General of EPZA, Mr.Madeni Kipande, Acting Director General of Tanzania Ports Authority, His Excellency Ali Saleh, Tanzania Ambassador in Oman and other senior government officials.
