Shame on you Kagame! You talk about "allowing a dialogue to continue in a society" while in your own country, under your own presidency, you have created a law that put in prison people who question your version of the genocide story. In Rwanda if you question Mr. Kagame's story about what happened in Rwanda in 1994, it is called a "genocide denial", and you can go to prison for that. Is that what you call dialogue Mr. Kagame? or you call that a freedom of speech?? This is just hypocrisy, the same disease that is killing our African continent.
