Course outline
This training is organized by the department of Statistics, College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences of the University of Dodoma (UDOM).  

This is a four days course designed to introduce Excel as a data analysis tool. It is designed for both non-statisticians and statisticians who wish to develop their basic statistical skills and understanding. By the end of the course, participants will be able to acquire some basic knowledge of data management using excel 2010 and understand some basic statistical concepts relating to data analysis. The course will cover;
·   Data entry
·   Descriptive data analysis
·   Creation of pivot tables
·   Inferential data analysis (causal-effect relationship among variables)
